Do nothing
Taking time to rest is the best way to come back stronger.
I was drained on Friday. I put the laptop at the top of the shelf, buried under the plushies.
I thought that I had to do some things before the week starts, but I didn’t do them at the end, and I think it was for the best.
Spending time doing things you like, taking care of the family and pets, anything but working.
Monday came, and I had so much energy that I finished what I had in mind to complete today. No starting early, no staying up late, just the usual 9-to-5 schedule.
Although this week might be a bit short, Friday is a bank holiday. Still, I think I got a good start, so hopefully I will have energy to go for the remaining days.
